Why should I sell to you? Will I get the best price?

This is a very common question. We know that you have many options to sell your device, to a friend, eBay, craigslist, etc. Each has its own benefits. When you sell to us, you not only get a reliable transaction, fair offer, but also you get paid fast. No dealing with hassles, returns, scams, market and price research, listing and many other tasks that other options require.

We also price match any competitors buyback quote or trade in from major carriers.

How do pickups work? Is it safe?

Pickups are simple! After you have submitted your quote, we will contact you to schedule a time and location. All pickups are done in a safe public place (coffee shop, store lobby, ect. We will do a quick inspection of the device and pay you with your selected method.

How will I get paid?

We will pay you in cash or by paypal if you prefer a cashless transaction.

Can I sell a device I still owe money on?

Yes, you can sell your phone even if you still owe money on it.  The value will be less than if the device was paid off.. Most carriers waive the right in your Equipment Installment Plan to repossess your device if you fail to pay it off. It’s important that you still pay off the phone, of course, to avoid hurting your credit, and getting a bad IMEI or ESN number from your carrier — many networks will refuse to activate such devices.

Do you buy broken devices?

Yes! We understand the environmental risks of throwing electronic devices in the trash, so we encourage individuals to sell their damaged or broken phones. As long as we’re accepting the type of device you have, we’ll offer you cash to take it off your hands!

How do I determine if my phone is “Unlocked”?

Since we pay more for unlocked phones, the absolute sure way to confirm that your phone is unlocked is to call your service provider. If you are still not sure please send us a message.

Why do you need my phone's IMEI number?

The reason we ask for the IMEI number is to verify your phone’s model, storage, and status with the carrier. This is also what allows us to give you the best price possible for your devices.
